All managed servers come with server management, security updates, monitoring and backups ( including the VPS's ). The Goal is to deliver and maintain ready2run servers.

24/7/365 Support

Proactive Server Management and Monitoring

We take care of your server and will automatically take action to resolve any problem to get your server back online.

Backup and Hardware Recovery

All managed Servers are backup't by us. This includes the managed Serversystem aswell as the VPS Data. We will backup your server every 24h and will keep 7 days of backups.

RIPE IP Addresses

We will create Inetnum objects inside of the RIPE Database on your name for your IP Addresses. This way the IP Addresses are shown as yours.

Managed rDNS Servers

We will provide two managed rDNS Servers under your own domainname, registered inside of the RIPE Database to be the official rDNS Servers for your IP Addresses.

L7-VPS License

All managed Servers come with a free license for our WHMCS VPS Module so you dont need to purchase a licenses for this servers.

A Managed VPS Hostserver is a Server provided by us with specific ressources ( CPU / RAM / HDD / IP Addresses / Traffic ) to the customer who can use it as hostmachine to create virtual servers through our WHMCS L7-VPS Module. We will do the server management for the customer. So he does not need to take care of it.
In the Managed VPS Hostserver the servermanagement is already included. The customer does not need to take care of it. Layer7 will monitor, update and backup ( does not include the VPS's itself ) the server. In case of a Failure, Layer7 will take action themself and fix the problem independent from of the customer to get it back online.
